These Terms of Service govern your use of BroooApps, available at https://www.broooapps.com, including our website, account dashboard, licenses, and downloadable desktop apps such as RenameBrooo. By using BroooApps or purchasing, downloading, or activating our software, you agree to these terms.

Products and licenses

BroooApps creates simple yet powerful desktop tools for DJs, producers, and people who work with music. Our products are downloadable digital apps. Unless clearly stated otherwise, purchases are buy-once purchases, not subscriptions. There are no monthly payments for the same license.

A purchase or free license grants you a personal license to use the specific app connected to that license, subject to these terms. RenameBrooo is currently a macOS-only desktop app.

Digital downloads

Products are delivered digitally through your BroooApps account dashboard after purchase or license activation. You are responsible for checking that an app is suitable for your device, operating system, and workflow before purchase or use.

Accounts

You may need a BroooApps account to access purchased or free licensed apps, downloads, license status, and account settings. You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for activity that happens through your account.

Acceptable use

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, abuse, or use BroooApps software in a way that violates applicable law or harms the service, our payment systems, or other users.

Payments

Payments are handled by Paddle or another payment provider we may use in the future. Payment availability, taxes, invoices, billing details, and checkout behavior may depend on your region and the payment provider's rules.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Because our products are digital downloads, refunds are not automatically guaranteed after download or activation unless required by applicable law.

Changes and availability

We may improve, update, rename, pause, or discontinue products or website features. We aim to keep paid products usable and downloadable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
