BroooApps sells downloadable digital desktop software through https://www.broooapps.com, including RenameBrooo, a macOS-only app for DJs, producers, and people who work with music. This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled.
Digital product nature
BroooApps products are digital downloads delivered through your account dashboard after purchase or license activation. Because digital software can be accessed immediately, refunds are not automatic after download, access, license activation, or use unless required by applicable law.
Buy once, no subscriptions
BroooApps products are buy-once unless stated otherwise. We do not charge monthly subscriptions for RenameBrooo.
When we may approve a refund
Refunds may be considered case by case for technical issues that prevent the app from working as described, duplicate purchases, accidental purchases, clear billing mistakes, or another reasonable support case we cannot resolve.
When refunds may be declined
Refunds may be declined when the product has been downloaded or activated and works as described, when the request is based on a change of mind, when the app is not compatible with an unsupported system, or when there is evidence of abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or license sharing.
How to request a refund
Contact us through the site contact form or email support@broooapps.com with the purchase email, app name, order details, and a short explanation of the issue. We may ask for additional information so we can troubleshoot before deciding on the request.
Timing
Refund reviews are handled case by case. If a refund is approved, the payment provider may take additional time to return funds to your payment method.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
